Sanitation isn't glamorous. But when it fails — wrong delivery date, dirty unit, no-show service window — it becomes the only thing anyone's talking about.
Project managers know this. So do event coordinators who've been burned by a vendor that confirmed the order and then went silent. Portable Restroom HSV operates differently. We treat your rental like it matters to us — because a failed delivery on our end reflects on your name, not just ours.
Your job site breaks ground Monday. OSHA's sanitation requirements don't care about your permit timeline. The right unit count, the right placement, and a servicing schedule that runs without reminders.
Standard units don't belong at every event. Some venues have invested too heavily in atmosphere to let the restroom experience undo it. Flushing systems. Climate control. Vanity lighting. Running water at the sink.
Guessing at unit count and hoping it holds is how events end up with lines that wrap past the tent. We calculate unit count based on your actual headcount, event duration, and whether alcohol is being served.
When individual units hit their ceiling — in volume, in appearance, or both — a restroom trailer is the answer. Private stalls, full mirrors, climate-controlled interiors, and running water.
Accessibility at outdoor events and job sites isn't optional for most project types — it's required. The consequences for getting it wrong land on the organizer, not the vendor. Our ADA units are fully compliant — not approximately compliant.
Site address, event date, headcount or crew size, unit type preference. That's all we need to start.
Every line item is visible. Delivery, unit cost, servicing frequency, and any distance factors — in one document before you say yes.
A specific window you can plan around. Not "we'll be there in the morning."
The driver confirms placement with you before leaving. If something's off, it gets corrected on the spot.
You don't manage it. We do. Visits are logged and consistent.
Project closes, units leave. Clean and on time.
Most outdoor event planners get the unit count roughly right. The problem isn't the number on paper — it's everything that happens before the guests show up.
Restrooms placed too far from the main event footprint get underused at the start and then overwhelmed later when guests finally locate them. Units positioned too close to food or seating create a different problem. Placement should be planned in advance, not improvised on delivery day.
A vague arrival time — "sometime in the morning" — creates a countdown clock for the event coordinator. If the vendor is late and setup starts at noon, there's no buffer. Restrooms that aren't in place before vendors start arriving aren't accessible during setup either.
For events over six hours, paper products and hand sanitizer run low. Standard rentals don't include a mid-event check unless you ask for it — and most people don't know to ask. Mid-event resupply can be added for any event running over six hours.
Portable Restroom HSV addresses all three upfront. Placement is reviewed at booking, delivery windows are confirmed in writing, and mid-event resupply can be added for any event running over six hours.
For events, two to three weeks ahead is recommended — luxury units and restroom trailers reserve first. For construction, we can typically accommodate confirmed bookings within 48 to 72 hours.
Deliveries within our standard service area are priced as quoted. Locations beyond that range may include a distance surcharge — always disclosed before you confirm, never added after.
Yes. Portable Restroom HSV handles mid-rental additions for both construction and event rentals. Contact us as early as possible to confirm inventory availability for your date.
Standard units include a toilet, waste tank, ventilation, and hand sanitizer. Deluxe upgrades add flushable mechanisms, interior sink access, improved lighting, and better overall finishes — closer to an indoor experience.
For rentals over five days, mid-rental servicing is included and pre-scheduled at booking. Shorter rentals can add servicing at a disclosed rate. Nothing is added to your invoice after the booking is confirmed.
Inventory moves fast from spring through fall. Don't wait until the week before to lock in your units. Submit your project details — date, location, type, and headcount — and we'll respond with a confirmed quote and delivery window in writing. One submission. Real answer. Same day.
